The staff was very compassionate and caring while helping me with my dads arrangements. They kept me informed on the status of his cremation and because my dad was a veteran they gave me a nice quality folded American flag. They also helped with all my questions and concerns about burial options. They also offer turning your loved ones remains in to glass art. Lewis was really quite wonderful for us during a confusing and very sad time for our family. Chris the funeral director walked us through everything. The only reason Lewis is getting 5 stars is because the system won't let me give them 10. I am very grateful.
Angie and staff made a difficult time for my sisters and I so much easier. We were assisted with great kindness and efficiency and we are very appreciative.
The staff are wonderful, kind and compassionate, from the time Mom passed until her final arrangements. James Poe our funeral director was a joy to work with. This was the second time we used Lewis and the staff made the planning and process easy during a difficult time for our family. Thank you!
