Fantastic lawyer handling my mom's estate for me. I had another lawyer who drug his feet for months, and I stopped at Mr. Breaden who was already over our trust and talked to him and he immediately took over and got things rolling. I couldn't ask for a more helpful lawyer who took over a lot and told me only what I needed to do.
HORRIBLE lawyer. Honestly couldn’t tell if he was on my side or not. Wouldn’t listen to a word anyone said. Haven’t even been able to get a phone call back in 3 weeks. Had court Sep. 19th. As of Oct. 21 still have not received any paperwork from the courts. Wish I could leave a lower review then 1 star.
I have used Mr. Breaden several times over the years. He is a very knowledgeable and thorough attorney. He is one of the best in the area.
