Sometimes it's pretty hard to get medications sent out correctly and I've had some billing issues but stuff happens. Overall they are great for a doctors office. They don't always listen to you, but it depends on who your working with. It took a year of complaining about how I was feeling for the doctor to change my prescription which is annoying but at least eventually they listened and all is good. This is one of the most professional and compassionate medical offices I have been to in my 60 years of life. Dr. Johnson actually listens to what I have to say and is extremely knowledgeable in both conventional and functional medicine. If you can't get in to see her right away, the PA John Moore is also well above par.
Dr. Johnson is a great Doctor! If you have a lot of time to wait for an appointment she is worth it. If you need to see a doctor she can't be seen right away. It will be at least 4-5 weeks before you can get into the office to see her. If I need to see someone soon (5-7 days) I have to go to urgent care because every time I call for an appointment with her it is always 4-5 weeks out. Dr.Johnson is by far the most AMAZING doctor I have ever ever ever gone to. She listens. She's compassionate. She's seriously someone you want to go have a drink with.I recommend her to ANYONE looking for a new doctor.
The provider I saw is fantastic! Such great open communication, with her and the whole office. I am super happy I scheduled a new patient exam with this clinic. They are thorough and professional. 10/10 would highly recommend!
