Great last minute appointment due to a cancellation. Got my teeth cleaned by Nina(Dina?) she did a very through good job. She was very nice, friendly, and put me at ease right away. Dr. Sun who is always smiling checked my teeth before I left and I made a follow up appointment for a filling that is loose.
Hello my name is Brady! I came into Lakewood smiles dentistry today for 2 minor cavity fillings. I was super nervous I'm coming into it because I've never had a filling before. But I do have to say the doctor including all of the staff was so so friendly and very reassuring and definitely made sure I felt comfortable before we even did anything and throughout the whole process. The staff are all so welcoming and upbeat- it makes a huge difference in the experience. The cleaning I got was comfortable and thorough- my teeth are clearly whiter because of the water tool they used before the standard cleaning.
Dr. Daoud is very kind and attentive. She seemed to really listen to the issues I was having and you could tell she wanted me to leave with something I was happy with (got a chipped tooth fixed). The dental assistant was also lovely! Ariel at the front desk was delightful and helpful. One time I called the office a few minutes before they opened and Ariel still answered and helped me out.
