Toni understands the importance of pricing, and preparing the property for sale. She has a network of professionals for most any services that are needed. And, she understands the process sufficiently to guide anyone, from first-timers through seasoned developers, through the process, to their advantage.

Toni Morrison did a great job in helping us close our property in ER. Her vast experience and network of people she knows helped make our decision much faster and easier than expected.

If I would give this company 0 stars, I would. The realtor that reached out to us promised he would sell our house. He gets a buyer, but then allows that buyer to scam us and him out of money, won't return our phone calls or answer any questions about closing. Won't send over documents. There is no way to contact him whatsoever, leaving the sellers in the dark, and continues to scam more money. Finally had the title company call lakeside properties to get answers. Stay away from peter and Renné!!!
