I've worked here for a year, I started out loving coming to work everyday. Than i got promoted, but my pay stayed the same not once but twice. I brought it up multiple times over multiple months. But "everything was right" I had problems getting onto the paystub site so I couldn't look myself. Not only that I saved up all year for paid time off thus I'm having a baby the beginning of the year. I asked my boss multiple times for like a week to roll over my paid time off.
