Ben is my advisor and he has been great, very helpful at every turn! The space is very organized and clean, the job ads are up to date and neatly displayed. And the receptionist is so cheery and inviting. WTG LEAP!!!
I have twice been able to use the resources provided to gain employment, The staff make you feel that your being taken care of. From the people at reception to the support staff. I was very impressed with Michelle as she asked me what I felt I needed and then was able to get funding for the courses I asked for. I recommend them everyday to people.
I had a disappointing experience with LEAP Employment. From the start, I felt stereotyped when I was specifically told to come in “sober” to my appointments—something I found unnecessary and offensive. Even after addressing this with the receptionist, I never received an apology or explanation. Additionally, I found their staff to be quite pushy despite making it clear multiple times that I didn’t need their help.
