From the start, I felt stereotyped when I was specifically told to come in “sober” to my appointments—something I found unnecessary and offensive. Even after addressing this with the receptionist, I never received an apology or explanation. Additionally, I found their staff to be quite pushy despite making it clear multiple times that I didn’t need their help.
