I had a disappointing experience with LEAP Employment. From the start, I felt stereotyped when I was specifically told to come in “sober” to my appointments—something I found unnecessary and offensive. Even after addressing this with the receptionist, I never received an apology or explanation. Additionally, I found their staff to be quite pushy despite making it clear multiple times that I didn’t need their help. Great support - helped with some paid courses and also steel toes - helped print resume and had a lot of employer connections in kenora - if your looking to get help find work I highly recommend leap employment services!
