Their climate control storage has a light on the inside that you don't have to keep turning on and off with a timer. Way better than the last storage unit I had. Decent price, courteous staff, and they even had dollies if you need to borrow one real quick. Good people. I like the fact that my money doesn't go to some faceless corporation that makes me wait on hold to talk to somebody in Bangladesh like public storage did. Support small business. Or else live in a corporate hellscape that only cares about their shareholders.

This place has touched my heart, I moved back to Michigan and didn't take my storage unit so some time has went by and had a stroke I just knew I lost the unit but they manager worked with me and gave me more time this store was the last of my deceased mother stuff cayle made me cry with joy for the chance to make bad situation right Thank you knapp sisters for having a heart (Cayle manager) 5/11/26
