Their climate control storage has a light on the inside that you don't have to keep turning on and off with a timer. Way better than the last storage unit I had. Decent price, courteous staff, and they even had dollies if you need to borrow one real quick. Good people. I like the fact that my money doesn't go to some faceless corporation that makes me wait on hold to talk to somebody in Bangladesh like public storage did. Support small business. Or else live in a corporate hellscape that only cares about their shareholders.
Horrible. Hours change, access changes constantly. I’ve been with them for 15 years and every time I go it’s different access or hours. No after hours support even at 6pm
I first used Knapp Sisters/UHaul when I dropped a box truck off after moving to Mansfield April 2023. The drop off process was clear and easy. I moved to Arlington July of 2024 and not only was the process still smooth, I ended up needing the truck an additional day and was able to extend my reservation without a hiccup! The guys are the front are very helpful and thorough! I will also use and recommend this location to anyone I know!
Great place to rent a u-haul.
I walked into the office for an auto transport return. Two male employees were behind the counter. Neither looked at me nor acknowledged me until I stood there not saying a word. Then “can I help you?”. Told me to take the trailer around the corner. I get there then they tell me I need to back it up in a certain spot.
