My visit was great! I felt comfortable and welcome! The audiologist did a fantastic job updating my hearing aids! I hear better than ever before! Keep up the great work! Great customer service is hard to find!
My experience as very good. I called to ask if I could come in early as I am an out of town patient and they made it work. I really appreciated the special effort.
The consultant was very helpful. She described my hearing test very thoroughly. She explained the different levels of hearing aids and possible payment options. The whole process was very helpful. The receptionist was also very helpful.
