Staff is as professional as they come. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They have taken care of all my needs from regular maintenance to repairs in a timely manner. I am so glad I chose King Hearing. I have been going there for years because of their great service. I can go in for a cleaning or service and am always greeted with a smile. I have purchased four sets of hearing aids there because of there professionalism. Once again my hearing aids need an upgrade. Sandia has been very helpful with fitting me with Oticon Intent 1 hearing aids that allow me to hear well again. I'm 71 years old and my hearing loss is severe. Thank you again Sandia

Great customer service is hard to find! The receptionist was very pleasant and kind. She took my hearing aids and gave them a good cleaning and found an issue. She suggested sending them in for a check up. I agreed upon which she offered me a loaner pair. She made me feel comfortable and welcome. Excellent customer service 👏 I got my aids back in immaculate condition! I enjoy doing business with King Hearing! They always make me feel welcome!
