Have used this title company 4 times in 5 years. Was very disappointed with the office personnel. Kelli I think was her name. Down right disrespectful, degrading, and unprofessional. I won't be returning to this escrow office in the near future. What I asked for that she refused to give me; I received in the mail a week later. All of the distress and joy of the purchase was lost because of her nasty ugly attitude.
What can I say?!? I LOVE working our Kincy because everyone is professional, kind and doing what is right! In real estate unexpected things happen out of our control. Kincy is always there to keep the process seamless. They keep us and our clients calm in stressful times. I highly recommend supporting Kincy and letting them handle your next closing.
