Super friendly staff. They were amazing with my child with autism. The hygienist explained everything she was going to do, showed him all the equipment beforehand and took breaks when he needed them. Very pleasant experience.
My daughter has been taking her brothers for the last couple of years to their dental appointment and all of a sudden we’re having issues. I gave the office my ID insurance cards everything and all of a sudden you all don’t have that on file. I’m not sure what’s going on but it’s becoming an issue. I love Dr Elick all my kids have been to him. I just hope we get this resolved.
Always an enjoyable visit for my girl. From the moment you walk in till the moment you step out, everyone is extremely friendly and make sure to make it an enjoyable experience for kids. Whether it’s a regular cleanup or a procedure, they are amazing and needless to say about the ambience, the paintings and every little detail is adorable.
Very good experience for kids. They play kid friendly shows/ movies on their tv's. They have the walls decorated kid friendly. The staff is friendly and caters to kids very well. Definitely made for a good first time dental experience for my child.
I hate to give bad reviews, but I’m highly disappointed. I checked with my insurance company AND called this office to confirm this dentist was in network. I was told he was. I then received a bill for $174 and thought it was a mistake because my insurance offers full coverage for routine dental appointments.
