Always an enjoyable visit for my girl. From the moment you walk in till the moment you step out, everyone is extremely friendly and make sure to make it an enjoyable experience for kids. Whether it’s a regular cleanup or a procedure, they are amazing and needless to say about the ambience, the paintings and every little detail is adorable.
Friendly staff, there was not much of a wait even with new patient forms to fill out. Hygienists were incredibly patient and kind to my 2.5 year old during her first visit. The exam was quick and efficient. The experience was as positive as a whole, and my daughter is already excited for her next appointment.
My step daughter has been going here for a few years now and was looking forward to have my 2 year old see Dr Elick as well, but they did not want to take her because they no longer are accepting Delta Dental PPO insurance. very disappointing. Now I need to find another pediatric dentist for both my girls.
Dr. Elick and his staff are amazing with my son. His first visit (just under 2 1/2 yrs old) was just a checkup, and he didn’t want to let them clean him yet. This time though, he was so excited for everything! The x-ray tech, hygienist, and ladies who led us around were all so sweet to him, and did an excellent job exposing him to unfamiliar things and making it fun before just diving in with the cleaning. My son’s first time and it was definitely an amazing experience! They were gentle and took their time with him. Being a 3year old and it being so overwhelming, they made him feel special for sure!
