They take forever to address work orders and then charge the tenant. I don’t plan to renew my lease as the company has poorly managed the property from the start. We moved in end of July, our lease started beginning of July and we never saw our trash cans til August. Property management company should have had my trash cans ordered when I signed the lease. I rented with Keytime as the management company for 4 years. They are just great. Any problems I had were addressed quickly. From the time a pipe burst in the wall-- I called them about 7am and they had plumbers there by 7:30 to the time I couldn't change the light bulb in the carport and had to ask them to do it, they were always right on top of things.
