The service I received by Roy, owner, was acceptable, he appeared to be knowledgeable. Except for pricing a part needed, a dual capacitor. I was charged 165.00 for a 25.00 part. I tried to reach out to the owner, but received no reply. I am quite disappointed and angry, that this owner, of a family business, took advantage of a senior citizen, on a fixed income. I would like to post a retraction of a review I made about Kellums H&A on 06/14. I made an error in my review stating this business was unfair to me, though after discussing the issue with the owner, I realized my comments were unsubstantiated, and a misunderstanding resulted. I WOULD highly recommend Kellums for your A/C needs, they are reliable, and HONEST, reasonable and efficient in their work and concerns for your needs.

My HVAC went out on the 4th of July!!! I left a message on the holiday and early the next day Mason responded and had a tech (Brett) over to the house to help fix the problem. Brett explained the problem and the pricing before any work was done. I was very pleased with results. I am happily sitting pretty in the cool air.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Mr. Roy was so kind to me and my mother. He went above and beyond to make sure that he got my mother serviced even with snow and ice on the road. The work ethic of Kellums Heat & Air is unmatched and I am forever grateful!!

They came out same day and fixed the issue. I didn’t get the gentlemen’s name but they were both very informative on explaining the issue and set realistic expectations.
