I read your response to another review about how you pull images off google street view and its public information. I have also received a letter with a picture of my house on the front, and just because its legal doesnt change the fact its absolutely unnerving and a horrible way to make new customers. I sincerely hope you change the way you reach out to people, the way you do now is uncomfortable and borderline disrespectful. I will for sure never even consider your branch/company for insurance.

When I was brand new in the industry and bought my personal residence in 2008, K.D.'s agency was recommended to me by another real estate professional. I've been with them for all 10 of these years and they've been great! Customer Service is top notch, and having solid advice like they offer on the insurances one generally needs is hugely important! Your mailer is creepy and makes you come off like a stalker. Please stop soliciting through the mail the way you are if you want business. You are so lazy. Stop with the generic mailer. I didn't ask for you to contact me and already told you off once. Seriously, stop. I do not want your business. Now go away, or I shall taunt you for a third time!
She was a terrible insurance agent. My insurance kept going up for no reason and I was with allstate since 2018. She was very rude and never tried to help. Her attitude towards me was as if she was talking down to me. I have no speeding tickets, accidents, and I'm a good driver. My insurance went from 227 to 364 in a couple months. I will never use allstate again and I will never recommend this company to anyone.
