I would give this bank 0 stars if I had that option. Extremely dissatisfied with this bank. We went in for a mortgage loan. We have excellent credit ratings and they gave us an astronomically high interest rate. We were told that the interest rate would be 5.2%, but on the estimate paperwork we got it always said 6%. We asked several times and were told that it would be changed on the final loan paperwork.
