Dr. Kaceli took time to explain what she thought was causing pain and suggested several strategies to alleviate it. I appreciate that she spent time explaining and had office staff follow up with a phone call several days later.
This was my first visit with Dr.Kaceli, and her hygienist Latoya; the appointment surpassed my expectations, based upon proficiency, extensive detail and the friendly surroundings. Thanks to the administrative team at the front desk — Amy and Neddie.
Excellent service overall. Instructions are very clear and concise. Dr. Kaceli is friendly, knowledgeable and improved the appearance of my teeth immensely.
There’s nothing fun about getting a crown especially in an upper molar but Dr Kaceli was quick and efficient and made it tolerable. She just did my 4th one and didn’t dread it at all.
