We were very pleased with Jim and the team at JT Custom Pools. Communication was excellent from the start and continued through the duration of the project. Jim went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results and handled any questions that we had. We love our new pool and can’t wait to share the new space with our family and friends for years to come!
We interviewed 4 pool companies before making the decision to have JT's Custom Pools build our new pool. Best decision ever. We are only part way through our custom install, but every aspect of the project has been a pleasure! Jason and his team are amazing, professional and highly talented. Their designer and PM, Robert, is exactly who we were hoping to find and work with. Robert listened to our ideas and vision and was able to improve them, implement them and coordinate every step. So far, they have exceeded our expectations. I look forward to adding updates along the way!

After so so many horror stories about pool companies I was extremely satisfied with JT’s pool! Great designer (Robert) to sub contractors to great office staff (Tricia) even though she’s new! Would 100% recommend to anyone! Started pool in January and finished in less than 4 months !
