We loved it there and our 2.5yo had a blast- granted we came during the week shortly after they opened so we had the whole place to ourselves but it was still fun. I like that’s it is small enough that I can see him at all times but safe enough for him to do things on his own. They had a little cafe as well with coffee and smoothies and great food! Kids pizza, quesadillas and smoothies were great!
Nicole is amazing. Was there March 30th, Sunday and she was the only one taking care of the front end of the place (cashier, greeter, food runner and cafe) it was busy for one person doing everything and she was still professional and did her best with a smile. I hope the manager realizes Nicole is a valuable employee
Fun place to take the kids when you want to tire them out 😂. Great atmosphere. The staff is amazing with exceptional customer service. The food is good especially their pizza. I recommend the all day jump passes. We will most definitely return.
Adorable place to bring kids for parties or just a day of bouncing fun. Although it was very busy it did not feel chaotic. The area was very clean, the staff was attentive to our group and there was more than enough room for the kids to run and play safely.
My children Had a blast! $30 1 hr jump time for 2 people. Front desk customer service lady was extremely nice, hekpful and understanding when we had a little situation arise off Raeford Rd location in Fayetteville, NC. We will visit again someday.
