My kids had the absolute best time here. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming with no loud music or overwhelming lights which made a huge difference for us. The layout is perfect with a smaller play area right next to the dining space for littles and a larger area where my older child could play with minimal supervision. My kids love this place. Veteran friendly and operated! It's just enough space for kids to be themselves and just jump lol. Prices are reasonable and time for jumps are too.
Pricing was fair and overall environment was welcoming by both the staff and other customers. Toddler enjoyed it, but definitely would have enjoyed it more being a little older. Now to the pizza at the cafe…. LIFE CHANGING PIZZA. Easily the best pizza I’ve had in Fayetteville area. I will be coming back solely for the pizza in the cafe, and to let my toddler tire herself out.
I want to start my saying this is not my first event I’ve had with JP Jumpmaster I’ve had multiple events at their location and every single time has been amazing. My last event was by far the best event I’ve had at their location they are always very welcoming the manager is very sweet and accommodating and my host JD made the experience an event to remember I think you guys fir the amazing experience and hospitality. I definitely recommend booking events such as birthday parties here.
We come to JPs several times a week. The staff is friendly and so nice. They are quick to clean up messes, especially when they are notified by customers. Sarah and Jermaine are the two we see most as well as Gavin. They always have a smile on their face. We love the value of the membership pass and the food at the cafe pleasantly surprises me every time.
