My children Had a blast! $30 1 hr jump time for 2 people. Front desk customer service lady was extremely nice, hekpful and understanding when we had a little situation arise off Raeford Rd location in Fayetteville, NC. We will visit again someday.
This place is awesome! I was babysitting and took the child I was sitting for to go jump and play, I had ordered a quesadilla and a mocha iced coffee, Kate was my server and she was amazing! Such amazing customer service and really good food! There is so much to do there for kids too!
This was our first time here and Jump Masters puts defy and surge to shame! A variety of things to do for kids if all ages, the cafe has GOOD food, and it's really clean, doesn't smell like stinky feet. The referee's aren't nit picking every little thing like some places, letting kids be kids, while still keeping it safe, highly recommend!!
Perfect for small children. My 4 year old had a blast. Has a small play area near the entrance also.
Great place to take kids to release a lot of energy. Clean and we'll layed-out. One of the areas was supposedly a dodge ball area and my 5 year old grandson wandered in there and got clocked by a bigger kid. No signage indicating what the room was. Staff is on site but too busy on their phones to assist. If you go just keep an eye on the younger kids. It's a fun place to spend an hour or so
