We were so fortunate to have josh as our realtor to sell our mother's home after her passing. He was very familiar with the area and what was occurring in our local housing market. He utilized his contractor skills in preparing our mother's home for the sell. He is very professional and kept in communication with us thoughout the process. Josh is honest in giving his opinion, but does not have his own agenda other than getting the best for the client. Josh was kind and caring during a difficult situation.

Josh helped us so much with the sale of our house in Bellevue. He gave great advice, and in hindsight all his advice was right on. Our expectations were exceeded. He put in a lot of work managing the painting and updates we needed. I do not hesitate to refer anyone to Josh.

Josh was very helpful in finding me a home. He is very kind and very professional. He was able to listen to my needs, my budget and he was a very good negotiator. After purchasing the house, he helped me connect with amazing contractors who renovated my property to my own satisfaction. Not to mention that whenever I had a question, he would always answer his phone. In the past I've worked with agents who chose not to answer his phone. But Josh is a well-respected hard-working agent.
