Jones has been more than accommodating to deal with a Lennox mini split unit that has been worked on for the passed 3 years since new. Hopefully this last service put an end to the problems. I used the chat to make an appointment, then I called to verify. Even though they were booked they came to my rescue. It was only 89 degrees in my house and hotter outside. They ordered my part and came out and had me cool again. Even with my new home warranty I will still call your company. Thank you for your kindness, timeliness and willing to answer all my questions. I would recommend your company to any and all of my friends and family

I have always had a great experience with them.I have had to call them a couple times and both times they came straight out the same day and fixed my unit I couldn’t ask for better service at all.There prices are also reasonable. I would highly recommend Jones heating and cooling

So happy I found these guys years ago ! They are #1 in customer service and they have been great to work with on my project homes as well !!!
