From the very first phone call to the actual appointment, Johnston Dental made everything so easy for me. I really appreciated the helpful text reminders and how smoothly the check-in process went. The staff was attentive and welcoming, and Jody made me feel comfortable right away. Everyone in this office is lovely! Dr. Matt is genuinely interested and concerned for his patients. The quality of the dental care is excellent and less expensive than most. The waiting area is comfortable, but that doesn’t matter because you won’t spend any time there. I highly recommend.
The office is beautiful and the staff were very nice and professional! I especially liked Dr. Shane. He explained my tooth situation very well and the lady that helped me with an appointment was very knowledgeable about my insurance. I felt like I can trust these folks. I have had a very bad dental care from two Dentists and I have been skeptical about going to one again. I like this dental office, I expect great results from them at a fair price.
What a beautiful office, and the people are so warm and welcoming. I knew I was in great hands. The assistants are friendly, not rushing you thru the process, and the dentists are professional and take the time to explain. THE best dentist office I have been to anywhere in the world, seriously!
Johnston Dental Care has professional, personable, and knowledgeable Staff in all departments. Dr. Johnston made a point of making the appointment special by remembering more about me than my name. I felt more like a friend than ‘a dental patient’. I have a better smile, and had a great experience at the dentist. I would recommend Johnston Dental Care to those who need a great dentist, or looking to switch dentists.
