From the very first phone call to the actual appointment, Johnston Dental made everything so easy for me. I really appreciated the helpful text reminders and how smoothly the check-in process went. The staff was attentive and welcoming, and Jody made me feel comfortable right away. I had a dental emergency and they got me in the same day without any hassle. The entire team was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable during a really stressful situation. The procedure went smoothly, and they took the time to explain everything and make sure I was okay throughout. I’m so grateful for their quick response and excellent care. Highly recommend to anyone in need of fast, compassionate dental help!

The office is beautiful and the staff were very nice and professional! I especially liked Dr. Shane. He explained my tooth situation very well and the lady that helped me with an appointment was very knowledgeable about my insurance. I felt like I can trust these folks. I have had a very bad dental care from two Dentists and I have been skeptical about going to one again. I like this dental office, I expect great results from them at a fair price.

Everyone in this office is lovely! Dr. Matt is genuinely interested and concerned for his patients. The quality of the dental care is excellent and less expensive than most. The waiting area is comfortable, but that doesn’t matter because you won’t spend any time there. I highly recommend.

I have going to Johnston Dental since I moved back to Oregon 18yrs ago and have loved them from day one. I have got a new insurance plan and Johnston is not in the network so I pay out of pocket for my visit and procedures but have no plans to change because they are that great of a Dentist. You are not a patient you are a friend and part of the family. My kids have gone here to have their wisdom teeth removed and I have had some major work done and Doctor Matt will call the house to check in on everyone.
