Service tech informed me about 3:00 on Thursday That the heat exchanger was cracked and the furnace needed to be replaced. They gave me a price. I called a couple other local places for price quotes and they were both higher by $200 to $600 more. I contacted them the next morning about 8:00 a.m. And they were out to my home before 10:00 a.m. And had the job done by 2:30 p.m. very prompt, courteous service and what seems like A lot of money at first is actually a fair deal. Once you compare prices.
The 4th time I've had your company out in the last 10 years. Always professional, knowledgeable, and fair. Never felt overcharged, or disappointed with the work. Your company will always be my go to for all my heating, and cooling needs.
Absolutely the best service I have ever had! We are a military family and move about every 2 to 3 years so we are constantly needing ac/heater repairs in the houses we move into and these guys by far are the best I’ve ever experienced. Figured out what was wrong in less than 10 minutes then went through the entire system to make sure we would be good for the summer and he even went around the unit tightening down the screws just to make sure the unit stays quiet. Amazing service!
Thanks for coming so promptly and glad it was a simple fix. And thanks for the advice on how the furnace fan is connected to the air conditioner. Also advise about changing the air filters over time. Connie Davis
