It has been very frustrating trying to deal with Johnson Mechanical. Last year, I made an annual appointment to have my boiler checked. The date and time (8am) came and no one arrived at my home and no one let me know what was going on. At 8:30 am, a call was made to the business and I was told that there was an emergency and those are taken care of first. Understandable. What was missed was that there was no follow-up to me.
