Joe is great, understanding and compassionate about what he does. I was using a different agent that for over a year had my account all wrong and was able to to correct everything and get it right in a few days. His communication and understanding was top notch.

I realized I was late with my car insurance payment. I wasn't too worried because I knew if I called into Joe's office, I could make a payment directly. That is exactly what happened. I spoke with Erika. The call lasted less than 2 minutes and my needs were met immediately! Erika, as well as all of the staff in Joe's office, are so very pleasant and kind. I’ve been with Joe Deegan’s office since I was 16. My parents also who since passed away. Joe is always helpful and available. I recommend him all the time.

I've been working with Joe since I started driving around 2007. Joe and the rest of the office has always been able to provide very fast and incredibly friendly service to me. This is one of the few services I use where I feel like a valued customer instead of a number. They always listen to my concerns and provide me with expert advice for my situation. I had the most wonderful experience in choosing our agent Jeff. He made us feel like we were taken care of like we are part of his family. Jeff reviewed our policy to make sure we had everything we needed to feel confident and secure. So thankful and appreciative. Definitely look forward to referring Jeff to all my family and friends.
