I was looking for a new security company, we needed to restart our monitoring and wanted to do a few updates. I called 4 different companies in our area with J and J being the fourth one. I must say the customer service was top notch!! From Christy to Steve to Andres I was treated like I’ve been their customer for years! J&J Security sent a service team member to our house as we had a problem with one and possibly two-sensors. Andreas (Andy) worked hard and smart to isolate the source of the primary problem and gave us two options to fix it. He then tested the entire system to be sure there were no potential problems he could identify and prevent. I was most impressed with him and J&J and highly recommend them.
Steve, on the initial trouble call was very helpful and quick to get Adres, the tech, out to us and correct the problem. Andres additionally showed me how to access the system on my cell phone and computer. The original team did this years ago and I promptly forgot, so Andres retaught me today. I am a big fan of J & J Security as they make me feel like a customer, not just a number. Their staff is always friendly and available, even on nights and weekends. If there's ever any issue with the alarm (and there rarely is), they get it handled in record time with a smile!
I think J & J security service is a great company. I spoke to Steve and he explained any concerns I might have had. The installer was neat and clean, and I also asked him questions that were answered . He didn’t make me feel like I was bothering him.
