I am so happy I chose J and J security, George was helpful and patient explaining everything I needed to know so I could make my decision. Had the pleasure of getting a security install. We wanted our cameras and monitoring under one company and system. Install was completed by Kelvin and Ralph whom were both early and very professional. Both were very realistic about the time it would take to complete the install and explained every step of the process. Kelvin was also the person who came for the quote which I really appreciated. We love both our J&J Security System and the people who work there. The system is so easy to use and I feel much safer since it’s been installed. The staff who work there are just the best. Ralph came to help us troubleshoot a connection problem we’ve been having with our cameras for the past month. He was extremely professional and personable with impressive knowledge of both J & J’s systems and networking in general. We spoke for quite a while, and during our conversation, Ralph was able to gather enough information to pinpoint the exact issue and explain the reason why it was happening, how to fix it, and why the fix worked.
