I hired this company for our small business and everyone from the owner down has been great. I set things up with Steve originally, with Ralph and Andy doing the install. Ralph even staying late to try and get things done (not an easy install!). They have been friendly and very professional. I believe they offer a great product at a fair price.
J&J Security sent a service team member to our house as we had a problem with one and possibly two-sensors. Andreas (Andy) worked hard and smart to isolate the source of the primary problem and gave us two options to fix it. He then tested the entire system to be sure there were no potential problems he could identify and prevent. I was most impressed with him and J&J and highly recommend them.
Local is better! We purchased a new home in Kissimmee and were looking at options for a security system. There was a generic ADT system already there, but after getting some of the most annoying hard-sell calls I've experienced from multiple ADT vendors, I was in search of a better option, preferably a local company (one ADT vendor was located in Kansas!). I was looking for a new security company, we needed to restart our monitoring and wanted to do a few updates. I called 4 different companies in our area with J and J being the fourth one.
