I would highly recommend this business as Owner (Tanya) does everything right with great communication and extremely honest business practices, they surely are in business to make money, which is accurate and true for every business owner but I can assure you they don't have in their respective business plan to rip people off like most of our Nation's businesses. This business is the epitome of how a small or large business should conduct themselves. Very thankful for the way they treated and took care of me. I am very plea... read more
Waited 2 weeks to get a hood painted just to have it not match. Was told it was my fault because it was fiberglass so it would never match. Was also told for $450 more they would do it right. So it can be done right or can it not? I guess lose bolts were because it was fiberglass too? Not to mention runs and orange peel! I called several places to help with rust on my car but no luck. Jim's Paint was able to help. I was able to get rust on my car hood repaired. The technicians did such an awesome job. I'm looking forward to getting the other work done soon. Tanya is fantastic. Great customer service overall.
Jim's Paint & Repair was recommended to me by a local person and they had me in and out in less than 15 minutes changing up my bolts. Excellent service!
Just got my truck back from having it rustproofed and undercoated and could not be any happier with my experience. Tanya was excellent to work with and got me scheduled in a very timely manner. High quality work at a great price! I will definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks again to the whole crew at Jim’s Paint and Repair!
