The service I received was perfect. We had a water heater leak that damaged the floor and some water lines. They were quick to respond and get somebody out as quickly as possible to get our water back on and fix the additional damage that was done. Charlie came out initially to stop the initial leak to get water back on. Then Toby and Noah followed up to repair our damaged lines and install out new hot water heater. just wanted to let you know how happy I was with their service. They were knowledgeable, punctual, polite, willing to answer my questions I had, and explained answers in terms I could understand. I am very pleased with the workmanship and price of the job too.Next time I need a plumbing repair, I will be calling Jimmy,s Plumbing and be requesting Torin and Bud.
We have used Jimmy's Plumbing for over 30 years, there is no one better to service our needs.
Just say no to Jimmy's! 6 months and still waiting on resolution to several installation issues. Have never heard back from an owner or officer...they have left all customer service issues to their billing department.
