Company personnel kept me informed during the entire process. Staff was courteous and answered all my questions. The installation crew was efficient and made sure to clean the area and haul off all the clutter when they were done. I love my new door and just wish I had done it sooner. Would recommend Jim Olivier's to anyone who needs outdoor improvements. Too bad they don't do interior.
