The team at Jet Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job solving a challenging heating situation. They came up with a solution to accommodate the needs of a 1930's house by installing heat pumps and by allowing an existing system to function as a backup. Their planning and installation was thoughtful and complete. Very nice and knowledgeable professionals. They patiently answered my many questions. Thank you!!!
I had electrical issues in my house that were keeping me up at night. I called Jet Heating and Cooling and Josh came out to diagnose the problem. He was so great to work with as he methodically did his process of elimination kindly explaining everything to me as he did each step. I live in an apartment complex that uses Jet Heating for service. They came out to my home in January after having repeated no heats due to my pilot light being out. They replaced the thermocouple and it seemed to work fine after that. In February my gas had been turned off and I had Cascade Gas out to turn it back on. During their visit, the technician shut my heater off and red flagged it for not being safe to operate due to combustion/carbon monoxide leaking into my home.
