Reached out to JET for some work on my 12 year old unit. They were very easy to work with and came out quickly. The tech who visited was professional and knowledgeable. Their prices are extremely fair. I definitely recommend giving JET a call.

Had a great experience getting my old electric furnace and heat pump torn and and new ones put in. My heat had gone out so they sent Maria out same day to check it out and then sent me a quote on a new install that was lower than the other companies who looked. They also offered me some heaters to borrow until they could come install the new furnace and heat pump. The installers were super professional and friendly and explained everything. Overall great experience and will continue to use them.

Jet had the best prices. Took car of ALL the rebate paperwork. Showed up on time. They were professional and polite. Went the extra mile to make sure that I understood how to operate my new heat pump and left the job site clean. 5 Stars

We had a furnace issue recently when the propane gas would not turn on after reaching certain cold temperature so the electric heating was forced to work all the time with not extra capacity. The technician was very helpful and found the potential problem to fix it. He was professional and on time. Thanks

A power failure took out one of my thermostats and part of the control panel. The tech came out and was very clear about what he did to diagnose the problem and the most affordable way to fix it. Rather than push expensive replacement parts on me, he told me he could work around the issue on the panel and saved me hundreds of dollars. A great experience in a bad situation.
