I had a very positive experience at this urgent care. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. I came in for a respiratory infection as a first time visitor, and everyone took the time to listen to my concerns and explain my treatment without making me feel rushed. It was very easy completing new patient intake and getting my insurance info setup. Even with renovations underway, the facility was clean, organized, and well maintained. It's always very quick every single time i've visited which has been quite a few times. The staff are always so very nice & professional. I'm absolutely sad that I had to move because Jefferson Urgent Care was my go to for Urgent medical needs. Absolutely recommend anyone to go to Jefferson Urgent Care!
This place is disgusting!!!!! Never seen such an unclean medical facility. Not too mention, long wait to be seen and extremely rude/useless employees. Definitely will not be returning, YUCK!!
I honestly never do these. But I had a great experience. I was very hesitant coming because I feel like when I go to urgent care or any walk in places I feel very dismissed and not seen. I had the best experience. All the staff was very caring and I honestly felt so much better and relieved leaving. 10/10 experience.
Never returning here!!! And you shouldn't either!!! Places doesn't close til 6.. but yet they won't do drug test after 4:20???? That's absolutely ridiculous, takes 1 minute to pee in a cup??? I'm sure if it was one of their jobs on the line it would be a different story. This place needs to do better, hopefully soon Charles town will open more urgent care locations and this absolutely disgraceful establishment will lose business. Shame on you guys👎🏻
