Aaron came out around 9pm on a Monday night to repair a busted pipe that happened around 7:30. I had called several other places, and had to leave messages or talk to an answering service, and no one was available to come out the same night. Jassen Tha Plumber actually had someone answer the phone and stayed on the line with me until we knew someone was headed out to my house. Phone calls were answered by Jassen himself and not a robot. Emails and text were sent immediately to confirm appointment time. I received phone call minutes prior to arrival. Workers were very polite and professional. Estimate was given soon after inspection. Once I agreed on the estimate, work started immediately and was finished the same day. I will surely use Jassen again in the future.

These guys helped me out on a couple projects last week and I have nothing but good things to say. Communication was good. They worked with me on short notice. I thought the pricing was fair and they completed the work quickly. I will use them again in the future.
