I feel like I was overcharged. I sent email and called the office. When I called to talk to them, I was asked if I was given up front pricing. If you can call paying $69 up front. I told them they did tell me the price before they did the job, but I was already going to be out $69 whether I accepted or not. I was glad they could come out the morning after I called and I had no problem with the service. Just the price. Mac and TJ did a wonderful job. Close to 10 hours under the house fixing all of the old original cast iron drain pipes from 1960. They diagnosed the issue properly while their competition did not. Thanks for everything your company did for us.

The plumbers do a great job, they know what they are doing, knowledgeable, know what needs to be done, give options to solve the problem, they are respectful of your property, put down plastic to protect areas exposed to keep as clean as possible, then clean up after job is completed. One thing i noticed is they don't take short cuts and focus on doing the work correctly and not just how quickly they can get to the next job.
