I highly recommend JackRabbit Plumbing! I had my main sewer line back up. Scott the technician who came out to my house was very polite, professional and detail oriented. He had the problem resolved with in 30 minutes. The price was extremely reasonable. I will be using JackRabbit for all of my plumbing needs in the future. It's awesome knowing family owned businesses still exist and they truly care about their customers.
I contacted JackRabbit Plumbing for an issue with a water heater. They returned my call within a very short time, and were able to send a technician (Kevin) out within a few hours. Kevin was polite, explained what he thought was the problem and what the remedy would be to fix the issue. He replaced the Gas Control Valve and the issue was fixed.....Hot Water once again :-) I would recommend using JackRabbit and I will be in the future.
Douglas County had elevated the line pressure so much, the line pressure increased from 55 to above 90 psi. Kevin from JackRabbit Plumbing inspected the existing system to determine if any additional protection could be provided besides the existing PRF valve currently installed. His analysis was quick, exact and insightful. Our system is sufficiently protected, thank you Kevin!
