I love this place! It’s a 45 minute drive for us, but it is so worth it for the level of care they provide. They are so kind and caring, they spend time working with my daughter and not pushing her when she was unsure, and got the whole cleaning done with no crying or fear. I will always recommend them to anyone I know!
Took my three year old daughter to her first dentist appointment, and our experience at Issaqueena was wonderful! Everyone we encountered was so warm and friendly, the hygienist and Dr. Horton were great about explaining every move they made and were very informative. Happy to have this as our pediatric dentist!
This is one of the best dentist offices I have ever been to. So clean and organized and all of the staff is super friendly and helpful. They dont overbook and the wait time is minimal. They make sure to keep the kiddos entertained with a movie room, toys, etc. The dentist and staff thoroughly explains procedures and courses of action. I love this place!!
Horrible customer service. We showed up 30 minutes early as it was a new patient appointment and the doors were locked. They close between 12-1 for lunch but hadn’t bothered to mention that in the 8 million reminders they sent about our 1:00 appointment. All I wanted to do was sit in the waiting room with my child (who is terrified of the dentist in the first place). I took my 9 year old autistic daughter for her 1st visit to Issaqueena yesterday. It was the best dental visit she has ever had. Everyone was so patient and supportive. It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend them for any child, but if you have a child like mine who has a lot of difficulties with sensory issues, Issaqueena is amazing!
