Used Integrity for the closing of our construction loan and they were wonderful. Stephan Fanning worked with us specifically and he was exceptional. Very professional, patient, explained everything to us. He was great! Overall great experience.
I’m extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and sloppy work I experienced. Not only did they cut corners with paperwork, but I had to constantly follow up and babysit them just to get the basics done. Their lack of attention to detail is alarming, and their overall approach felt careless. If you value quality and professionalism, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. You might even need to consult a lawyer if they continue this way, as their negligence could lead to serious issues down the line. Avoid if possible!"

Let me start by saying, I have no clue what the previous reviewer is talking about. I've used Integrity for 3 closings and they have been absolutely awesome! I've dealt with other closers in times past and service Integrity provides runs circles around them. Their rates are affordable, they are knowledgeable and I knew exactly what I needed for closing before I ever arrived.
