Worked with Dan Sharp on our roof project. The crew came out yesterday and did a great job! It looks wonderful! Appreciate Dan’s honesty and follow up on the project. He is very easy to work with. This is my second time doing business with Integrity! Also, the person who called me multiple times throughout the process to check if I had any questions was probably one of the happiest and most customer focused phone representative I’ve ever spoken to. She always had a smile in her voice. Thank you for a great process.

This is the second home project working with Integrity. We had 17 windows replaced and had them wrap and additional 15. Shane was our salesman. He was great to work with and really listened to what we wanted done and helped us get there. He even stopped by to check on our satisfaction level towards the end of the project. Ruben was the project supervisor. He was very polite, respectful of our time and worked fast to implement changes to the project after day 1. Fair warning to anyone getting their "Premium Gutters and down spouts". Just 3 years later and they look horrible. Some sort of finish or paint peeling. And no, I did not spray paint these myself. They have not been touched since (lack of) Integrity's installers put them up. I asked about them standing behind their materials and was told no.

Noah did a great job checking on our project and making sure everything was completed to our expectations. He returned calls and messages promptly. When there were issues with our siding project Integrity showed up to hear our concerns and took care of them making sure it was done the way we wanted it to be.

We had a leaking bay window that needed to be replaced. Dan Sharp came out to inspect our window and he gave us an honest assessment about getting a new window, and was happy to answer any questions we had, met with us multiple times, and was pleasant to work with! When the crew came out to perform the window replacement, Noah was the point of contact for me. He did a great job in leading the window replacement, and walked through the whole project with me once it was done to make sure I was pleased with how it turned out. ... read more
