This is the second home project working with Integrity. We had 17 windows replaced and had them wrap and additional 15. Shane was our salesman. He was great to work with and really listened to what we wanted done and helped us get there. He even stopped by to check on our satisfaction level towards the end of the project. Noah did a great job checking on our project and making sure everything was completed to our expectations. He returned calls and messages promptly. When there were issues with our siding project Integrity showed up to hear our concerns and took care of them making sure it was done the way we wanted it to be.

I rarely leave reviews, but want to express how grateful I am to Integrity. I spoke with several different people in the company and everyone was knowledgeable, patient, humble and just pleasant to work with. They worked with me on my budget and gave so many helpful suggestions that really added value to my home. I can already tell a difference with the new siding. Called & did a warranty claim due to 3/4 of my back gutter falling when we had all the snow. Not only were they friendly, they were also quick. Due to weather changing they communicated we need to switch days. They came out & repaired it & cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them! Will be using them again in the future

Salesman gave wrong and misleading information and crew removed and didnt put back on gutter guards. Supervisor offered to put them on himself after I brought it to his attention but I didnt have time to wait on him to get it done that night as it was almost dark and I had a meeting. I'll go replace them myself. Im happy with the roof. This is second roof we have had Integrity do. Different salesman this go around though.
