I have been going to Innovative Medicine for a few years now. It has been such a relief to find a place that is willing to listen and understand my symptoms of low testosterone, instead of just telling me I was "too young" to have low testosterone. After running tests and trying supplementation, Dr. Turner and his staff were able to come up with a solution that has changed my life!

Omg get someone competent to work the phones, the girl answering isn’t helpful and is clueless. To the owner, I’m beyond aware that they are receptionists. I called twice and asked to speak to medical staff and they placed me on hold and the call was disconnected. I called again got the same girl and she still didn’t transfer me to someone who would be better equipped to answer my questions!

I have been a patient here since the beginning of 2018. I have been treated with nothing but respect. I finally have someone who will actually listen to what I have to say about my pain, ADHD, insomnia and anxiety. I have given them absolutely no reason to not treat me with the same respect to them, as they have given me. As someone in my mid 40s and to finally have a doctor actually listen to me, has been absolutely amazing. I hope to continue to be a patient for a very long time. I am so grateful for the excellent care I receive from Dr. Turner and his staff! I have been a patient for over a decade and have had exception results from the "outside the box " approach that Dr. Turner uses. Took 6 Weeks to get a Appointment. Having my insurance info & online it states they accept my insurance. I drove 50 miles the day of my appointment just for them to tell me they don't take my insurance. No phone call no voice-mail. Yet they claimed they tried to call me.
