I always try to use local, small businesses. Initially Yours explained the whole process and was able to work with me. I brought in items to be embroidered, along with a new logo which required setup. I was pleasantly surprised at the short turn around time, as well as the price.
I took a family heirloom Christening dress to Initially Yours to be engraved. My daughter wore the dress (which had been engraved with her name and date of birth) for her Christening. Now, because of Initially Yours, her two daughters have worn the same dress with their name and date of birth engraved on the same dress! So beautifully done! Thank You!
I called on a Monday and received my product on Wednesday. I gave minimum instructions and they created exactly what I wanted. Great working with them.
