Was A five star then they kept changing care reps, then got the most rude, unprofessional person ever thank God I am almost done tith them
They have decided to not take me as a client and was forced to go with another case management firm such as The Columbus Organization. All of the case managers except for N. Jenson weren’t good enough. Will never do business again after their recent stunt. UPDATE: They still reject me as a client after I sign a picklist for them. DO NOT GO WITH THEM!
We have a new case manager Korin, who we have met with only twice, who came to do my son's 4th quarter assessment, however, we just received a call from the Disabilities office stating that our son lost his services because our Case Manager decided he didn't need them WITHOUT TELLING US she was doing this survey. We have been with IPMG since he started services in 2021. And with only 2 visits with her she has decided he doesn't need services....He has now lost his health insurance, can't get a job, and is without services. S... read more
I used IPMG for waiver case management and the experience left a lot to be desired. The case manager we were assigned when we started was new and was not well versed in the programs and services that are available. Unfortunately, even 2 years later, A. Cooper still didn’t have the skills necessary to support the needs of the client. The state should do more to insure quality outcomes since we aren’t given a choice to bypass case management services. I am a homeowner/landlord and have 2 properties under management at IPMG. For the last 2-3 yrs. I have worked with Pam Antonetti on numerous issues involving both properties. Pam is one of the best customer service agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is always super friendly, quick to respond to any issues and very patient with me and my wife.
