No, no, nope. Between the refusal to submit claims, to being told I needed to be my own case manager, to being gaslit by a manager multiple times...the list goes on and on. Just don't do it.
all of the case workers but one were awesome the one I didn't like her attitude and her demeanor Sonya Baker is awesome and has my son and our family's best interest in mind I appreciate her and Jody the other case manager I am so glad that I fired her bottom line is if you are not happy with who you have you have the right and privelage to change case managers and dsp any time you want for any reason this is a fire at will state
We have a new case manager Korin, who we have met with only twice, who came to do my son's 4th quarter assessment, however, we just received a call from the Disabilities office stating that our son lost his services because our Case Manager decided he didn't need them WITHOUT TELLING US she was doing this survey. We have been with IPMG since he started services in 2021. And with only 2 visits with her she has decided he doesn't need services....He has now lost his health insurance, can't get a job, and is without services. S... read more
I used IPMG for waiver case management and the experience left a lot to be desired. The case manager we were assigned when we started was new and was not well versed in the programs and services that are available. Unfortunately, even 2 years later, A. Cooper still didn’t have the skills necessary to support the needs of the client. The state should do more to insure quality outcomes since we aren’t given a choice to bypass case management services.
