I can’t say enough great things about In My Paws! The staff is incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They treated my dog with so much care and love, and the grooming was absolutely perfect. My pup came out looking amazing, smelling fresh, and feeling happy. The facility is clean and welcoming, and they clearly prioritize the well-being of every pet. I had a fantastic experience. From the moment I dropped off my dog, it was clear that the staff are dedicated, caring, and highly professional especially Lindsey. We’ve boarded our puppy with In My Paws at least 4 times-from overnight to 10 nights. He always comes back happy and healthy. He even pulls us to the door now as we approach and runs over to the staff. I like to have him washed after a long stay. It’s worth the money to have him smell fresh!
First time. And super experience. Front desk and grooming all attentive and positive attitudes. Was able to get a sameday appointment and Darby needed a trim. Complete in under 3 hrs too. That's minimum stress for him. I will be making this our go to grooming shop. Our mobile groomer moved to PA and other chain locations are horrible. Bernidoodle Dad
