My beloved elderly pony passed away at our home on a day that we had snow. I’d reached out to several places for help and In Memoriam was so kind and willing to help. Her ashes were even delivered back to my home and I’m forever grateful for their services in my time of grief and desperate need. Highly recommend.
I have used In Memoriam for a great number of years. This time, on New Year's Day, my 10-year-old Great Dane was in the first stages of dying from cancer. He had been diagnosed over a year prior, and it was unexpected that he would lose his battle on New Year's Day. I contacted In Memoriam and left them a message. I used In Memoriam for my horse. They were a pleasure to deal with in a very painful time. Everyone I spoke to was very kind. They fully explained the available options and were easy to schedule. Prices are transparent which I appreciate. The actual pick up was very well done. Patrick came to get my horse and clearly understood just how cherished these animals are. I’m am beyond happy about the compassionate and amazing service I was provided. Losing an animal is such a hard time in one’s life and this company and its amazing employees made it easier. They were flawless, compassionate, and top notch when I had to make the decision to send my horse to Heaven. A week later, I have his ashes home with me in a beautiful urn. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!
In Memoriam handled my beloved Oliver's cremation with thoughtful care and respect. The presentation of his ashes, along with his paw and nose prints, and the clay paw and nose prints, were all graciously done and arranged in a pleasant blue box.
