In Memoriam handled my beloved Oliver's cremation with thoughtful care and respect. The presentation of his ashes, along with his paw and nose prints, and the clay paw and nose prints, were all graciously done and arranged in a pleasant blue box. Additionally, they included a thoughtful card with instructions to grow a memorial plant, which was nice. First class operation… we were devastated by the sudden passing of our beloved LuLu, our 8-yr old golden retriever baby girl. Fortunately, we found In Memoriam Pet Services in Chantilly. Bethany and everyone at In Memoriam helped me through a very difficult process. I had to say goodbye to two of my horses. Bethany arranged the timing for pickup in sequence with the Vet. The gentleman that arrived were respectful of my babies. Ashes were delivered just a few days later. I highly recommend In Memoriam Pet Services.
The staff makes this place. Very compassionate to your loss while efficiently performing their services. We have utilized In Memoriam a total of 4 times. Service is consistently good. Their urns are lovely and of good quality. They will treat you and your pet with great respect.
Contacting them was easy, they were respectful of my loss. The cremation of my cat was done quickly and the ashes delivered in two days. I would recommend them to any pet owner who suffers a pet loss.
