This is hands down the best dental practice I've ever been to. The receptionists are patient, friendly, and helpful. On top of that, they're competent and fast. The staff there treat my kids with such kindness. They're gentle and friendly and easy to talk to. Any questions or concerned are answered thoroughly. One of my children had some bad tooth decay when she was younger and we went to them for help, I was nervous I'd be made to feel bad about it. They never shamed me, just offered help and guidance. I cannot recommend Dr Chris and his team enough! The dental hygienists are incredibly patient and loving with kids, explaining the importance of flossing & dental hygiene in a way that makes sense to them. The office staff is nothing but warm and professional. Dr Chris has an amazing sense of humor and gentle approach with kids. He had my shy daughter smiling within minutes. He makes pediatric dental care feel easy &, dare I say, fun. We drive over an hour for his care and will continue to do so since it is so exceptional.
Both of our youngest kiddos as well as our granddaughter see Dr. Chris. The staff are simply amazing! One of our children is on the spectrum and managed to make the experience for her incredibly safe and smooth. She was in need of oral surgery to remove 10 baby teeth; when she awoke from anesthesia, she said “was that all?” I highly recommend this group and will continue to have our little ones go there until they age out.
I thought they were amazing.Probably the best place i've ever been to. Then they decided to double charge me for my daughter surgery you're supposed to pay Before they even do surgery. I did and they charged again three years later. You want a good health professional In any matter but not to try and get screwed over later on. I was shocked. Now I have to look elsewhere. Dr. Chris and his staff are absolutely amazing! They are the best in town for little kiddos, hands down. Our little one had to be put under anesthesia for her dental work and they made a very nerve wracking process smooth and painless. Highly recommend!
