I was nervous as someone who hasn’t seen a doctor since I can remember, but Dr. BeBe and staff immediately showed to be professional, friendly, attentive, and caring which made for an exceptional experience. The facility itself is very nice and in an easy to access location with loads of parking. Its also very quick and easy to schedule an appointment which is a huge positive… 10000% recommend!!
I have been treated at this facility many times. Every experience has been pleasant. The entire staff makes you feel comfortable. They are thorough, efficient, and very professional. I travel quite a distance for their service but it is well worth the trip. Written results are given to you in about 30 minutes. Thank you, I Care staff.
This visit was the second. I was attended time. Nice and progressive conversation. Treated with rights and dignity. Though I paid extra money it was accuracy on their part, I respect the way they retrieved the outstanding amount I owe them. The visit was good.
Dr. Nwaogu is amazing! My first appointment was an urgent care appointment. She is very considerate and patient with you which is why I chose her to be my PCP after my urgent care appointment. She listens to your concerns with no judgement and only wants the best for you :) I also appreciate her kind staff as well making the process easy
