I would give it a zero star. I wouldn’t even want my worse enemy to go there. Lost my baby at 39 weeks due to negligence. I was never seen by an actual doctor. Seen by a nurses practitioner on every visit. My biggest regret going there. Maybe if I had looked into this clinic’s and their OBGYN’s reviews before going there I could’ve avoid going there. Maybe If I was seen by more experienced doctor and not an nurses practitioner my baby would’ve been with me today!
Very inconsiderate…. When giving us letter for gender of baby girl the paper inside was colored blue with a small text at the bottom saying it’s a girl. Given the fact that they also mentioned multiple times to not hold the envelope in sunlight as it’ll reveal gender it was a roller coaster after thinking we had a boy later being a girl because we didn’t read the ‘fine print’ below. Still grateful for whatever gender and hopefully they’re born healthy. Just feel like it’s a very inconsiderate thing to do
Very welcoming and kind stuff, my experience was really nice with them, every time I walks in young lady with scarf always welcomes me by saying my name with a big smile, the nurse / doctors are very humble ❤️
The doctor made me extremely uncomfortable and rushed the entire process. The front desk was completely rude and did not feel welcoming. The only reason I’m giving this place a 2 star is due to the nurse that I met. That lady was complete sweet. Overall, I was not at all satisfied with this place and will not come back due to the customer experience I endured.
Great facility and staff. Wait time is very reasonable. The doctor (L. Bazzi) is very understanding and cares to listen and solve your issues. Doesn't make you feel rushed at all. I would definitely recommend this clinic to friends & family.
