Dr Alfieri delivered my son at Hutzel and she was nice . Dr Lupea saw me most of my pregnancy and she was always awesome. Dr Prokerat saw me during my post partum visit and was very rude about my weight. I had explained to her I just gave birth six weeks and was still swollen, what did she expect for me to look like ??? Absolutely the worst location they have, from the filthy facility down to the incompetence within their nursing staff ! They are always so loud & ghetto in the office, as women why don’t you clean where you work/eat? The bathrooms are the worse. It’s so embarrassing I can’t even get a direct answer from nursing staff. They need to renovate as well as hire an entire new staff. Take notes from the Warren location even the midtown location I don’t ever have those issues there.
I would give it a zero star. I wouldn’t even want my worse enemy to go there. Lost my baby at 39 weeks due to negligence. I was never seen by an actual doctor. Seen by a nurses practitioner on every visit. My biggest regret going there. Maybe if I had looked into this clinic’s and their OBGYN’s reviews before going there I could’ve avoid going there. Maybe If I was seen by more experienced doctor and not an nurses practitioner my baby would’ve been with me today!
Had all of my babies here. Hospital tend to be short staffed sometimes and nurses don’t administer pain meds on time. But, overall a good hospital to have your babies
Worst experience ever. They didn’t even inform me that my gynaecologist transferred from Hutzel and changed my doctor then after 2 visit they change the doctor again now after seeing the new doctor twice I realised she doesn’t even know the medical history I have.. this is my first pregnancy I’m already worried
