I had a procedure done by Dr. Kmak my initial appointment with him was nice. I was very excited about me finally being able to get a procedure done that I’ve been wanting to get done for a while. After my procedure is when things went left, the pain was a 10. After calling the office Ms. Judy was a angel please give her a raise, she deserves it. Dr. Kmak done a labiaplasty procedure on me. The procedure is painful be prepared to be out of work for 10 days or more. I would recommend the Dr. and office.

I chose Hutzel Women’s Health Specialists in Warren because the doctors here are genuinely kind, caring, and friendly. My experience with the medical providers themselves has been excellent. Dr. Alyssa, in particular, deserves 5/5 — honestly, 10/10. I have nothing but appreciation for the care we have received from the doctors. I chose this clinic based on recommendations from others and because both locations are conveniently close to my home. To be fair, I have no complaints about the doctors — they have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful during visits. However, the major issue is with the front desk staff at both the Hamtramck and Warren locations. Unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. I would avoid this place at all costs. I came here when I was pregnant. Their billing department never answers their phone so be prepared to get bills and to never get ahold of them. I have two insurances, primary insurance and secondary Medicaid to pick up whatever my primary. I was told they accept both of my insurances but they onliy charged my primary. I've been seeing Dr. Kmak for over 30yrs. when he and Dr. Stanley Berry cared for me during my last pregnancy. He's a very good Dr. and I'll continue to see him for my pap smears.
