I had a procedure done by Dr. Kmak my initial appointment with him was nice. I was very excited about me finally being able to get a procedure done that I’ve been wanting to get done for a while. After my procedure is when things went left, the pain was a 10. After calling the office Ms. Judy was a angel please give her a raise, she deserves it. Dr. Kmak done a labiaplasty procedure on me. The procedure is painful be prepared to be out of work for 10 days or more. I would recommend the Dr. and office.
I chose this clinic based on recommendations from others and because both locations are conveniently close to my home. To be fair, I have no complaints about the doctors — they have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful during visits. I would avoid this place at all costs. I came here when I was pregnant. Their billing department never answers their phone so be prepared to get bills and to never get ahold of them. I have two insurances, primary insurance and secondary Medicaid to pick up whatever my primary. I was told they accept both of my insurances but they onliy charged my primary. Came from Canada because our health care system sucks, Dr. Vista was amazing. She read my wife's reports and reassured her that she is okay. So glad we came to see her. Would highly recommended. Very knowledgeable
Love this office. It’s clean and the staff is very nice. Dr. Val Kmak is the best! Would recommend!
