We walked into the shop with all six of our children. The woman behind the counter was helping someone else, but smiled at us politely. The gentleman that ended up helping us was very kind. He told us to bring in a water sample and he could help us. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. We will be back to be helped with our first pool. I appreciate that they are not open on Sundays. Everyone should have a day off.
Went to this business on Saturday 7/11/09 at 1:59 PM. I was unaware that they close at 2:00 PM, as my husband said they were open until 5:00 PM (he has gone in this business before). I needed our pool water tested (water testing stops at 1:30PM)as we are having a staining problem with our above ground pool. My husband had already bough 2 bottles of Stain Free Remover from this business (that's $70.00) and the stains had come back. We needed another "miracle" bottle.
