My furnace wasn't working. I called for a service call and when the tech. arrived he figured out that the problem was a dirty flame sensor. He was able to clean the part and then he cleaned my whole furnace and only charged me for a clean and check, which is cheaper than a service call.

Humble Heating replaced my furnace and a/c unit. They were fast & thorough. They laid rugs down in the traffic areas and cleaned up completely! All this on top of getting a good price on a Lennox unit!

Called last night and made an appointment for the following morning. I was told up front that they charge $100 for the visit but that it would go towards the bill if I hire them. That's a standard practice and I have no issue with that. The tech showed up and diagnosed a bad blower and that the coils in the furnace were frozen. We agreed that he would leave while the coils thawed and that he would return later in the day after he went to his other calls.
