Funds from settlement took too long to be wired to our bank - deposited late on 11/16). Was never informed that it would be the next business day for the wire, would have requested a check the day of settlement. Mortgage payoff still hasn't been received by our mortgage company. Settlement was on 11/13, it is now 11/18. Extremely unhappy with how this settlement was handled.
Jay Becker and his team have been outstanding over the years. Jay is a thorough attorney who puts his clients interest first. We have been fortunate enough to send many clients to his office for settlement.
