Our experience with Karen Briscoe and the entire HBC Group was exceptional from beginning to end. Every recommendation, from preparing our home for the market to pricing, marketing, negotiations, and closing, was thoughtful and backed by experience. We always felt that our best in... read more

We were lucky to have the Briscoes as our landlords for 2 years, and it was a no-brainer to work with Karen as our realtor when we were ready to purchase our first home. As first time buyers, Karen and Elena were so helpful in keeping us organized and providing valuable expertise every step of the way. We were successful on our first offer in a very competitive Arlington market thanks to them!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Elena! My fiance and I hired Elena to help us find a rental in the Arlington/Fairfax area. We did not want to spend the time searching for units because of our busy schedules and decided to go with an agent. We chose Serhant because we are avid fans of the show and know their fantastic reputation. We ended up getting matched with Elena, and we were very happy with her, would use her again, and would recommend her to a friend. She was very professional, attentive, and did her job very well... read more
