They initially assessed my HVAC system within hours of my complaint and replaced my unit within a few days of my request. The technicians who installed my new pack unit were professional and quick. Our AC unit went out on the hottest day of the year. Hubbard came out accessed the problem and we decided on a new unit. They were very efficient in getting our new unit ordered and installed. Joel patched our old unit to keep us cool until the new unit was in place. I was referred to Hubbard several years ago and they have done work for me a couple of rental properties. The service level has always been very high. I am happy to refer a this trusted company to anyone looking for heating and cooling service.
The team came to my house first thing as expected and introduced themselves. They looked at all the old equipment and went straight to work. They worked hard and did a fabulous job making quick work of all they had to do. After the work was done and everything was picked up and cleaned up the lead man showed me how to use the new thermostat and explained everything they did.
