Mrs. Dalana is the best ❤️ She makes you very comfortable and she is the sweetest . She goes out of her to make sure you’re taken care of. The staff are always so friendly in the office . I have recommended this office to several people and will continue to.
I will be calling this doctors office today as a new patient. I go to the Byron location. I see Delana the nurse practitioner and Dr. Sam. They have both helped me when I really needed their help. They take their time and find out what the problem is by listening to me. I don't feel like a cow being hearded in and out like I have at other doctors offices, that are always in too big of a hurry. Delana is awesome and thorough with her patients! Front office staff are courteous and friendly. Only complaint I have is labs/test results are not being posted in patient portals in timely manner if needed by other Dr's. (thus the 4 out of 5 stars)
Staff was very friendly, professional and attentive. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen, taken in and different procedures were performed. Staff was knowledgeable and relatable, answered all my questions, asked me about my health since my last visit. The office made connection for my annual mammogram and 5 year colonoscopy. Had blood work done which was painless, she was very good. I have to say it was a great visit and they are always so pleasant. Thank you all!
