As usual my visit was excellent. Dr. Shetty is a wonderful doctor. When I first came to see him I was in excruciating pain. Since coming to him I am pain free. He did not give me pain medication. He treated the cause and not the pain. His staff are wonderful caring people. Dr. Shetty and his staff rate BEST with me.
I don't even give this doctor office one star but I couldn't leave a review without choosing a star. My experience with this office has been nothing but tiresome. Getting a prescription refill by phone is null & void. When I call, no one answers the phone & when I leave a voice-mail no one returns my call. I tried several times to get a refill by phone & nothing. My pharmacist even called, left a voice-mail, nothing. My coworkers can attest to my numerous phone calls with no response. Do *NOT* waste your time, money, or insurance, ESPECIALLY in the Byron office. These people are the rudest, most unprofessional “healthcare professionals” I have ever encountered. There is chaos and lack of order in every office I enter. I would say receive treatment at your own risk, but you would be lucky to receive services, let alone from the last NP you saw. Always someone new, who never knows what’s going on. THE one true professional quit and I see why.
The entire experience was wonderful. I called as a new patient to book An appointment Due to a pinched nerve. They had me come in the same day, which was amazing because I was in pain and I was pretty much taken to the back within five minutes that I was there. Then as he put me into a room for the doctor to come in, she was walking in the door. NP Delana Bongiavanni , as usual, was professional, genuinely concerned, caring and curious about our condition and medical issues. Like Dr. Brown and Dr. Sams she was patient oriented and made sure that the atmosphere was conducive for honest and open discussion about our medical conditions and concerns. She doesn't exhibit the robotic and cold reception that we experience with your Doctors and other nurses when we are unfortunately have to see them.
