DeLana is the absolute best! She takes the time to listen and understand what you’re experiencing medically. I never feel like she rushes me through my appointment or the office like most doctors do! Definitely will be back!
As usual my visit was excellent. Dr. Shetty is a wonderful doctor. When I first came to see him I was in excruciating pain. Since coming to him I am pain free. He did not give me pain medication. He treated the cause and not the pain. His staff are wonderful caring people. Dr. Shetty and his staff rate BEST with me.
I am so pleased with my recent visit with NP Delan Bongiovani as usual. She is professionally caring,listening on a one on one basis. Instead of working on the computer, she actually talks, explains and examine, if necessary, your actual problem. The nurse was also helpful and very professional. I've been a patient for over 5 years and appreciate them tremendously.
I had a health situation come up so while I was in town, I went in the doctors office. Talk to the receptionist she asked me if I had time to see the doctor and I did. They got me right on back. It was quick. It was easy. no hassle no fuss communication was wonderful and the staff was very nice got my unexpected health issue took care of and I’m back at home 35min tops.thank you
Do *NOT* waste your time, money, or insurance, ESPECIALLY in the Byron office. These people are the rudest, most unprofessional “healthcare professionals” I have ever encountered. There is chaos and lack of order in every office I enter. I would say receive treatment at your own risk, but you would be lucky to receive services, let alone from the last NP you saw. Always someone new, who never knows what’s going on. THE one true professional quit and I see why.
