Nice and professional, able to ask questions and get answers or where to go without someone up front knocking on door telling the Dr/nurse that they have more patients to see.I love the new staff at Byron office, very caring as a Dr office I think should be. Blood work room we learned together that my veins in left arm doesn't flow fast, we got one tube then just drips, had to throw out, came next day same results. Vein in right arm flowed good so we know not to send patients home before trying another vein
I always receive good care here. I always see NP Delanna No Giovanni. She is The Best!! She never rushes me and answers all my questions and makes sure I'm taken care of. The nurse that I saw before her was also very nice today and caring. The lady that did my blood work was also very kind.
I have been going to dr. Delana for over a year now. When I tell you she is the best out the best. She is amazing. Not only is she my dr but she is like my therapist and I love her!! There is nothing I can't talk to her about and she gives nothing but caring, positive advice!! She is like a best friend to me!! I love going to her and will only see her!!! Amazing doctor for anyone in need of one!! I will wait hours just to see her and only her!!!
First time visit at this location and I have to say, I'm totally not impressed. I felt this place was not sanitary and it seemed like it was possibly more like a place that caters to people who have to rely on low cost,or low quality government lowest bidder sick care. The first thing you'll notice is the front door. There are years and years worth of dirty handprints and skin sloughing off on the formerly white painted door where everyone has touched with their nasty hands. First of all, my doctor, Dr. Dinakara Shetty is the best of all the best to me. My appointments are never an all day event. He diagnosed me with pre diabetes, I weighed in at 186. After he told me what to do, at my three week follow up, I had lost 20lbs, and my A1C 8.9 dropped to 5.6. I am presently keeping the weight off and my A1C is 6.0.
