Mrs. Dalana is the best ❤️ She makes you very comfortable and she is the sweetest . She goes out of her to make sure you’re taken care of. The staff are always so friendly in the office . I have recommended this office to several people and will continue to.
I will be calling this doctors office today as a new patient. I go to the Byron location. I see Delana the nurse practitioner and Dr. Sam. They have both helped me when I really needed their help. They take their time and find out what the problem is by listening to me. I don't feel like a cow being hearded in and out like I have at other doctors offices, that are always in too big of a hurry. The doctors and nurses are all very attentive and caring they take the time you need and they need to hear what you have to say and to make sure you understand there’re well appreciated
Delana is awesome and thorough with her patients! Front office staff are courteous and friendly. Only complaint I have is labs/test results are not being posted in patient portals in timely manner if needed by other Dr's. (thus the 4 out of 5 stars)
